At our new Stadtwerke Jena customer service center, we offer you a comprehensive service and a personal consultation regarding all products and services by the Stadtwerke companies Stadtwerke Energie Jena-Pößneck, Jenaer Nahverkehr, jenawohnen und Jenaer Bäder. 

The modern customer service center offers plenty of room for properly consulting our customers. Further, you will find competent and friendly advisors there that will help you with any of your concerns. You can also purchase tickets for the local public transport (Jenaer Nahverkehr) at our express lines.

Service on the inside, art on the outide of the building: The exterior facade of our new Stadtwerke customer service center sets an urbanistic accent and simultaneously constitutes an artistic point of light in the city center of Jena. Every day, the so far unique LED media facade showcases an artwork by the internationally renowned artist Robert Seidel who was born in Jena.
