Welcome to the 2024 trainee team

Tuesday, April 23, was a lively day in the conference area of our office building in Rudolstädter Straäe! We had invited 29 prospective trainees and dual students who will be starting their training in our group of companies in July. With a companion of their choice, they were able to gain a first impression of the atmosphere at Stadtwerke and find out about their future training.
The event was organized by the Personnel Services department to give the prospective trainees a taste of the world of Stadtwerke before they officially start. Tobias Wolfrum, Managing Director of Stadtwerke Jena, and our Head of Human Resources Nadine Horn gave them a warm welcome.
Afterwards, the future trainees had the opportunity to get to know their future trainers better in a relaxed atmosphere, receive important training documents and learn more about the company structure and the trainee mentoring program at various information stands.
After the prospective trainees had visited all the information stands, an entertaining quiz was organized in which they could put their knowledge of our company to the test and win attractive prizes. The traditional trainee start week begins on July 22 and we can hardly wait to welcome our new trainees and dual students and accompany them on their way!
