Stadtwerke Energie also a partner of the fan project in 2024

We have extended our sponsorship agreement with the Jena fan project for a further year. We have been a sponsor of the socio-educational fan project as a recognized provider of independent youth welfare services since 2000.

Matthias Stein, head of the fan project: „With its social sponsorship, Stadtwerke Energie has been sending out an important signal for many years that companies from the region support youth welfare organizations. It is reassuring to work with partners that you can rely on!

At the heart of the cooperation is the „Stadtwerke-Energie-Tour für Zivilcourage“ with the fan project's street soccer facility. Based on the tradition of earlier soccer games on backyards and streets, the mobile street soccer facility creates new exercise and leisure opportunities for children and young people beyond Jena by enabling joint sporting activities in their immediate living environment. The tour focuses on fairness, promoting the self-esteem of individuals and groups as well as the team spirit of young people.

We are very pleased that the Street Soccer Tour is starting again and, as a long-standing partner, we are happy to stay on the ball.

The first dates for the tour have already been set in Apolda, Blankenhain, Oppurg, Ranis, Triptis, etc. Other interested parties who would like to organize a soccer tournament at their school, youth club or sports club are welcome to contact the fan project.
