Construction project
From 2018 to 2022, the buildings at Stauffenbergstraß 10 to 18 underwent extensive renovation. In addition to the renewal of the electrical systems, the cooking gas supply was also retrofitted. This was followed by an upgrade of fire protection in the stairwells and the renewal of the elevators. In addition, we added a ramp at Stauffenbergstrasse 16 to reduce the barrier of the residential quarter. At numbers 10 and 12, an additional barrier-free exit was created on the balcony side. The balconies were also renovated and the facade redesigned. The thermal insulation of the building facade is another energy-saving and climate-friendly modernization measure.

The quarter Stauffenbergstraße 10–18 is located in the district Lobeda-West. It is very well located - within a radius of less than one kilometer you can find numerous shopping facilities, gastronomic offers and medical facilities. Several playgrounds, a youth center as well as the sports hall complex Lobeda-West invite you to play, walk and linger.
