Fast help at the right moment
Are you living through difficult times? Do you have financial problems? With the "wohnschirm" project, we support tenants in times of trouble.
Sometimes, everything just happens at once. Illness, unemployment, or the loss of a partner: Strokes of fate can bring social hardship. With the "wohnschirm", we want to help quickly and without bureaucracy.
Help offers in the context of the "wohnschirm"
For example, we finance the move to a cheaper apartment or urgently needed furnishings. Sometimes, we also help out with second-hand furniture from our pool that are still in a good condition. Particularly dear to our heart is the care of the children affected. To support them, we subsidize school fees, sports activities and music lessons, for instance.
Any tenant can apply for support. A five-member committee reviews the applications once every quarter year. Our leaflet containing the application form is available at all service centres. If you have any questions, our employees will be happy to advise you.

Our „wohnschirm“ was nominated in 2012 for the prestigious immobilienmanager.AWARD. A first-rate jury selected our project among the top 3 in the category „Social Responsibility“.
