Construction project
A modern, attractive apartment building with 24 residential units and 24 parking spaces was built in solid timber construction. The subdivision into three vertically staggered building parts takes into account the natural terrain and ensures a relaxed overall appearance. The light-colored building parts are connected by staircases and have three floors each without basement.
Living environment
The street „Am alten Versuchsfeld“ is only a short walk from Hermsdorf city center. In the immediate vicinity, there are daycare centers, schools, doctors and shopping facilities. The town hall and library are also nearby. The outdoor pool with its adventure pool, playgrounds and sunbathing lawns is a great place to spend worriless summer days with the whole family. A state-of-the-art athletics facility and a three-field sports hall are available to schools and club athletes. The youth of Hermsdorf can let off steam on the skateboard facility and three football pitches.
