When directly concluding an electricity and/or natural gas contract (except for basic supply), your recommended customer can indicate you as a referrer in the field intended for this purpose.

- You are one of our customers. Self-promotion is prohibited.
- Someone is considered a new electricity customer when he or she did not obtain any electricity from the Stadtwerke Energie within the past 12 months. The same applies to natural gas.
- The new customer places an order with us for the supply of jenaturStrom or jenaGas. The supply is technically possible, is not a basic or substitute supply and starts within the next 6 months.
- After the effective date of the contract with the new customer, we will transfer the bonus to your customer account.
