Conversion work in the Stadtwerke building completed

Following renovation work on the first floor, Jenaer Stadtwerke will reopen the doors of its office building at Rudolstädter Straäe 39 in Jena-Winzerla to customers and guests from Friday, December 1. It is open Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 am to 5 pm, Wednesdays from 9 am to 2 pm and Fridays from 9 am to 1 pm.

In the newly created customer area, the technical customer service of Stadtwerke Jena Netze provides advice on grid connections for electricity, gas and water, among other things. Stadtwerke Energie offers advice on energy contracts. For personal advice on all questions relating to electricity and natural gas as well as energy bills, Stadtwerke Jena also refers customers to the joint customer center at Saalstraßlig;e 8a in Jena city centre.
